The Close Quarter Battle Program is a hockey performance training program designed to utilize the evasive skating skills and movement sequences as seen in our research and analysis of NHL gameplay tactics.
Our defense-specific CQB program covers fundamental skating and puck protection skills in the defensive zone, in addition to offensive scoring strategies.
With active coaching and our on-ice video technology, Apex Skating athletes receive real-time visual and positional feedback. Players develop their skills in a challenging yet positive learning environment, replicating the same movements that pro hockey athletes use to rise to the top of their game.
