SPRING 2023 Tier One Hockey Development Program (OTTAWA - 8 Session Package)

The Tier One Program is a high-performance hockey development program designed to improve power skating, puckhandling/passing, shooting technique, situational awareness, reaction skills, and team communication/tactics. Each practice session is executed in a high-tempo environment where players have the ability to learn new techniques, push their limits, and increase their confidence – all under the supervision of our team of skating movement specialists.

Wednesday Afternoons (4PM-5PM):
April: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th May: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st June: 7th, 14th, 21st
