With corporate office headquarters in Ottawa and Los Angeles, and elite hockey programs across Canada and the United States, our team helps hockey athletes around the globe reach new pinnacles in movement performance.

Apex Skating specializes in utilizing the principles of exercise science and biomechanics research in our proprietary evidence-based coaching paradigm. Our methodology is designed to assess and correct asymmetry in functional skating movement and has seen proven success in both professional athletes and elite youth hockey players worldwide.
