At Apex Skating, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve success. If you need to cancel a session or program due to medical reasons, we require a doctor's note. If there is an emergency, please contact us right away.

For cancellations that are not related to medical reasons, we offer refunds minus a 25% cancellation fee. Please keep this in mind when signing up for a session or program with us. If you don't show up for a session or miss it without letting us know beforehand, we cannot offer a makeup session or refund. The value of purchased sessions cannot be transferred to another person or program without our consent.

For summer camp registration, please note the following:

1. Refunds for non-medical reasons are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
2. Camp dates, times, and locations may change. Please check our website and email for updates.
3. You may only attend a camp that is appropriate for your skill level from the 2022-2023 winter hockey season. We may move you to a different camp if necessary. If we cannot accommodate you, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
4. Please make sure to provide the correct jersey size when you register. Jerseys will be assigned based on the size you provide.
