Fall 2023 Performance Skating Program - Ottawa (Richcraft Sensplex)

Modeled after our coaching of NHL and professional hockey players, the Performance Skating Program focuses on technical corrective skating using our evidence-based coaching methodology designed to identify biomechanical weak links and improve movement efficiency in skating techniques.

The Performance Skating Program helps hockey athletes develop optimal postural alignment in order to master their movement patterns, leverage their mass and momentum, and maximize force production for power and acceleration.

Each player receives a comprehensive breakdown of skating biomechanics integrating high-speed video and 3D motion capture technology - the first of its kind in the sport of hockey. Players also work with our team of active and professional hockey performance specialists in guaranteed 4:1 client-to-coach small group ratios, for individual feedback and personalized instruction.
